• Initial Inspection: We check your home's exterior to identify the specific pests, their activity levels, and potential entry points. This targeted assessment ensures we apply the most effective treatment plan.
• Post-Service Walkthrough: After the service is complete, your technician confirms the barrier is secure. We will flag pest-related gaps to assist you with long-term Exclusion Work. Because we are trained to be attentive to the structure, we also provide a
  complimentary Proactive Property Insight. This means we will report on any general cosmetic or structural concerns we
  observe—damage, wear, or gaps—to help you address maintenance issues before they become costly problems.

2. Comprehensive De-Webbing

This step provides immediate curb appeal while setting the stage for long-term pest management.

• Physical Removal: We perform a full de-webbing of accessible areas, including door frames, windows, eaves, and downspouts. We guarantee comprehensive coverage across all accessible areas (first and second stories).
• Lasting Prevention: We apply a professional-grade residual dust to the brush. As we remove the webs, this dust is strategically deposited into cracks and crevices for lasting spider and wasp prevention.

3. The Undetectable Exterior Barrier Spray

This is your home’s robust, multi-layered chemical shield—your most important line of defense.

• The Non-Repellent Advantage: We use an undetectable spray. Unlike repellent chemicals that pests smell and avoid, our non-repellent treatment is invisible to insects. They walk through it, ensuring they pick up the product as they cross the barrier.
• Precision Application: We precisely apply the treatment in a continuous band, typically three feet up the foundation and three feet out onto the soil. We cover around all windows, door frames, and reachable eaves.

Targeted Indoor Relief (As Needed)

We typically don't need to treat the inside after the first service, as the exterior barrier is so effective. However, if an active infestation is present, we perform surgical, targeted interior treatments to baseboards, cracks, crevices, around doorways and around windows.

Safety Requirements: If we treat inside, please help us keep your sensitive pets safe!

• Vulnerable Habitats: We must be notified if you have fish, birds, or reptiles. All fish tanks, reptile habitats, and bird cages must be fully covered AND filters/airstones turned off before treatment, or the habitat must be removed from the treatment area.
• During Service: For the safety of all occupants, we require that customers wear shoes and avoid the treated area until the product is completely dry (typically 30–60 minutes).

We strategically place gel or granule bait for specific pests like ants, crickets, earwigs, roaches, and silverfish. Bait is placed in hidden areas, away from children and pets, to eliminate the entire colony at the source.
